Lisa Stein began their career as a Washington Bureau Chief for TV Guide, reporting on legislative and regulatory matters in broadcast and cable television. Lisa later worked as Deputy National Editor at U.S. News & World Report, reporting on various topics including health, science, and business. Currently, Lisa serves as the News Editor for Scientific American, where Lisa coordinates online news coverage and supervises staff and freelance writers. Lisa also co-authored a health book called Body: The Complete Human during their time at National Geographic. Lisa holds a degree in Communications from Syracuse University.
