Keith Bittner

Keith Bittner has extensive experience in program management and workforce analytics, currently serving as a Program Manager at Scientific Applications & Research Associates, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Bittner worked as a Workforce Management Analyst at T. Rowe Price from October 2008 to March 2021. Bittner's career began in the Transportation Security Administration as a Security Officer from October 2002 to September 2008, and prior to that, served as a Cryptologic Technician in the United States Marine Corps from October 1998 to October 2002. Bittner holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Colorado Technical University, completed between 2005 and 2009.
