Scot Raffelson, holding an MBA from the University of Phoenix, has extensive experience in contract and procurement management. Currently serving as Contract Manager at Scientific Applications & Research Associates, Inc. since June 2022, Scot previously worked as Subcontracts Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from April 2005 to June 2022, leading a team of five procurement professionals on a contract exceeding $1.1 billion and collaborating on strategic analysis for proposal activities. Prior to Booz Allen Hamilton, Scot held the position of Procurement Manager at SI International from July 2003 to April 2005, overseeing an annual procurement budget of $26 million and managing subcontracts worth $42 million, while also developing contract policies and supervising procurement staff.
