Jan de Lameillieure

Jan De Lameillieure is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications and video technology sectors. Since November 2018, Jan has been with Synamedia, focusing on helping service providers deliver, protect, and monetize video content. Prior to this role, Jan spent over two decades at Cisco, including positions as technical lead and design engineer across various divisions, including Scientific Atlanta. Jan's career began as a research assistant at Heinrich-Hertz-Institut für Nachrichtentechnik Berlin and progressed through design engineering roles at Barco and BarcoNet. Jan earned a PhD in Telecommunications from Ghent University, where academic pursuits began in 1984 after completing education at Sint Aloysiuscollege Diksmuide.
