Geoffrey Bennett

Geoffrey Bennett has extensive experience in tax management, starting as a Tax Manager at Deloitte Tax, LLP in 2007. Geoffrey worked their way up to Tax Senior Manager/Head of Tax at FloWorks International in 2016, where they managed global taxes, tax planning, and reporting. Geoffrey then held positions at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. and Tidewater Marine before becoming a Tax Director at Scientific Drilling in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director Tax at Academy Sports + Outdoors since 2022. Throughout their career, Geoffrey has demonstrated expertise in tax compliance, planning, audits, and cost-saving measures for various companies.

Geoffrey Bennett attended the University of Notre Dame from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting. Geoffrey is also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
