Michael Knierim

Michael Knierim is an experienced asset and logistics management professional with a robust career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Harris County Flood Control District since June 2024, Michael has been with Scientific Drilling since January 2007, holding positions including Global Asset Manager, Inventory Logistics Manager, and Asset Inventory Coordinator, where significant achievements include managing a global asset life-cycle and spearheading an asset reconciliation process that saved the company over $1 million. Additional experience includes management roles at Greenbush Logistics, Inc., Alvan Motor Freight, ABF Freight System, and Nations Way Transport, demonstrating expertise in profit and loss responsibility, operational efficiency, and safety procedures. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Regis University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Philosophy from Pontifical College Josephinum.
