Rachel Komorek

Rachel Komorek is an experienced PCR Analyst at Scientific Protein Laboratories, LLC since August 2019, with prior roles as an Associate Analytical Chemist at Eurofins and various research positions at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Texas A&M University, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. At Eurofins, Rachel utilized HPLC and UHPLC in a GLP environment to analyze fat-soluble vitamin content. As a Post-Bachelors Research Associate at PNNL, responsibilities included bioimaging, surface chemistry analysis, and participation in collaborative research projects, leading to contributions in research papers. Rachel’s undergraduate research at Texas A&M focused on reducing estrogenic bioactivity in effluent through electron beam irradiation, earning a degree in Food Science and Technology.
