Brian Kelly is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both the military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Student Member at Western Governors University since December 2022, Kelly is also a Skilbridge Field Engineer Intern at Scientific Research Corporation, where responsibilities include providing technical and maintenance support for SSEE systems and conducting system administration on various operating systems. With over a decade of experience in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Maintenance Technician and Electronics Technician, Kelly performed maintenance on complex electronic systems and networks, earning multiple awards for achievements. Kelly is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Western Governors University, set to graduate in June 2024, and previously attended San Diego Mesa College from 2006 to 2010.
