Jennifer Potter, SHRM - CP, currently serves as the Office/HR Manager at Scientific Search since May 2011, where responsibilities include coordinating office operations, managing customer service, invoicing, payroll, and overseeing accounts payable. Additionally, Jennifer has taken on website redesign and updates after achieving WordPress certification, along with creating the company newsletter and writing articles for it. Prior experience includes serving as a Preschool Ministry Assistant at Fellowship Alliance Chapel from 2001 to 2012, where program coordination for over 100 children and management of a team of 20+ workers were key responsibilities, alongside curriculum development for early childhood education. Jennifer holds an HR Management Certificate from Rowan University at Burlington County, as well as dual bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Science in other disciplines from Rowan University.
