Kumar Ramamurthy RK has extensive experience in marketing communications and advertising. Kumar founded Kai Strategic Advisory and Consultancy Services in 2018, where they provide strategic counsel and support to brands in areas such as consumer insights, communication strategy, and media planning. Before that, they worked as a Regional Strategy Director at Wavemaker, driving communications strategy for key clients across MENA. Prior to that, they held various roles at MEC, Carat, Madison Communications, and Lodestar Universal, gaining valuable experience in strategic planning and management.

Kumar Ramamurthy RK completed their MBA in Advertising, Marketing, and Marketing Communications from MICA | The School of Ideas from 1995 to 1997. Before that, they obtained an MSc(Hons.) and BE (Hons.) in Physics and Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1988 to 1993.
