Naveen Bala is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology and product development. As the Founder and President of Sciera Inc since 2009, Naveen has led the creation of industry-specific Trigger Point Analytical solutions that enhance client customer acquisition and retention strategies through innovative data analysis. Prior to Sciera, Naveen founded OdinJobs.com, where a Natural Language Processing-based matching engine was developed to optimize job and resume compatibility. Naveen's early career includes roles as a Product Manager at i2 Technologies and Product Development at IBM Corporation. Naveen holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
