Hasan Hedayati

Hasan Hedayati is a Senior R&D Scientist at SCIEX since June 2022, focusing on the development of neutral polymer coatings for protein-resistant surfaces and employing various analytical techniques for characterization. Prior to this role, Hasan served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at The University of Texas at Austin, where research involved the structural dynamics of fibrin and collagen hydrogels in relation to wound healing. Hasan also held a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at Colorado State University, concentrating on 3D protein crystal bioscaffolds and stem cell interactions. Hasan earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University and previously completed a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology. Additionally, Hasan contributed as Vice President for the VPR Graduate Fellows Program, promoting interdisciplinary research at the university.
