Ramzi Atallah has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and service process management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Service Process at SCIEX since September 1988. In this role, Ramzi has held various positions, including Global Service Support-Process Specialist, Global Quality Initiatives Lead, and Manager of Vendor & Process QA, as well as Team Lead within the QA team overseeing Vendor QA, Process QA, and Incoming Inspection. Additionally, Ramzi's expertise includes functioning as an Internal Lead Auditor for quality management systems. Prior to joining SCIEX, Ramzi worked at Geac from 1983 to 1989 in roles such as Manufacturing Engineering and QA Analyst. Ramzi's educational background includes a degree from Seneca Polytechnic and training from QMI in 1995.
