Timothy Smith

Timothy Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement, training, and service marketing within the scientific sector, particularly at SCIEX since November 2014. In the role of Sr. Manager Global Sales Enablement, Timothy leads a team focused on enhancing sales efforts and driving revenue. Previous positions at SCIEX include roles in commercial training and market development, where Timothy designed and implemented training programs and drove service demand growth. Prior to SCIEX, Timothy worked at Lorillard Tobacco Company as a Sr. Research Chemist, Arista Laboratories as a Group Leader, and was an Assistant Professor at Christopher Newport University. Timothy holds a PhD in Physical Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Analytical Chemistry from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
