Lucy Kadets is a seasoned professional in business development and product management with extensive experience in technology and AI-driven solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at SciForce, a boutique software development company specializing in AI and ML for sectors such as Digital Healthcare and EdTech, Lucy previously held senior product management roles at Kissterra and Deci AI, where the focus was on developing intelligent tools for insurance marketing and optimizing deep learning models, respectively. Prior to these positions, Lucy managed product solutions for Earnix, enhancing AI-driven applications for the insurance and banking industries. In addition to a solid background in mathematics, including a Master's from the University of Toronto and a PhD track at Kent State University, Lucy also brings experience in academia as a lecturer and QA engineer.
