Daniela Wölm

Daniela Wölm has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. From 1993 to 1998, they worked as a Management Assistant in Regulatory Affairs at Boehringer Mannheim GmbH (now Roche Diagnostics GmbH). Daniela then joined scil animal care company GmbH in Germany in 1998, where they held various roles including HR Director Germany and Executive Assistant until 2006.

Daniela Wölm's education history begins with their completion of the Allgemeine Hochschulreife at Friedrich-List-Wirtschaftsgymnasium from 1987 to 1990. Daniela had a focus on subjects such as BWL, VLW, and Wirtschaftsenglisch. Following this, they obtained a degree as a Management Assistant (Chamber of Commerce) from Boehringer Mannheim GmbH (now: Roche Diagnostics GmbH) between 1990 and 1993. Later on, from 1994 to 1996, they pursued Evening Studies in Business Administration and earned a degree as a Bilingual Correspondent (Chamber of Commerce). In 2008, Daniela completed a program at the University of Mannheim, where they became a Human Resources Manager with a field of study in Human Resources Management. Additionally, in 2019, they attended Personaldiagnostik Stracke GmbH and became a Predictive Index Practitioner.
