Audrey Foster has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Audrey began their career as a Data Technician at the Center for Child and Family Policy at Duke University, where they were responsible for scheduling and reviewing submission of time-sensitive evaluation measures. In the same year, they also began working as a Community Health Associate at the Health Inequalities Program at Duke University, where they conducted and co-facilitated HCV/HIV awareness training. In 2012, they became a Data Manager at the NC Department of Health & Human Services, Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Branch. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Data Coordinator, Epidemiology, Evaluation and Surveillance Unit and Health Systems Unit at the NC Department of Health & Human Services, Community & Clinical Connections for Prevention and Health. Most recently, they have been a Senior Records Management Specialist – Team Lead (Contractor) NIEHS National Toxicology Program at SciMetrika, LLC.

Audrey Foster attended Durham Technical Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.). Audrey then attended North Carolina Central University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a B.S. in Community Health Education. In 2010, they obtained a CITI Human Subjects Research certification from the Collaborative IRB Training Initiative (CITI).
