Tripti Naswa is a Change Management Specialist at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) since July 2024, focusing on the implementation of the DFQT+ system in Nigeria, Bangladesh, and India. Currently serving as Lead Strategy and Organisation Development at Scio Network, Tripti facilitates sustained growth and organizational change in international development. Experience includes strategic investment advisory for the Sattva Knowledge Institute, leadership development at Sattva Consulting, and a significant tenure as Chief of Staff and Head of International Business at Sattva, where Tripti notably increased team size and revenue. Earlier roles included program management at USAA and operational management at UJJIVAN Financial Services, with foundational experience as a Technology Quality Analyst at Capital IQ. Tripti holds a degree from the Xavier Institute of Management, acquired between 2007 and 2009.
