Christos Charisis

Christos Charisis is a Data Scientist currently working at SCiO P.C. with experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for processing environmental data and remote sensing multiband images. Christos has expertise in AWS Lambda function creation and deployment for remote sensing data processing. Christos has also worked on deploying LLM models from HuggingFace for semantic search and summarization of scientific documents. Currently, Christos is a PHD Candidate at University College Dublin focusing on deep learning computer vision techniques for mushroom production systems. Additionally, Christos has a Master's degree in Data Science and Machine Learning from the National Technical University of Athens.
