Bob Robinson began their work experience in 1996 as a Network Administrator at Warren Wilson College, where they were responsible for managing the student campus network and maintaining the school's public website. From 1997 to 1999, they served as the Management Information Systems Director at Spruce Pine Community Hospital, overseeing the hospital's information systems structure. In 1999, Robinson worked as a Web Applications Developer at SwitchCo, a dot-com startup, specializing in development using Perl, C, and Java. Bob then joined PwC as a Senior Consultant, working on various projects including custom billing systems, content management strategies, online ordering systems, and turnkey Internet Service Provider setups. From 2002 to 2004, Robinson served as the Director of Web Application Design at Diageo, where they managed the company's brand websites and enforced web application design standards. Bob later joined Accenture in 2004 as a Client Services Manager, responsible for managing the global web application team for the Diageo contract. Bob has designed and developed various implementations for Sciolytix's DigitalChalk product and maintains the system's external authentication connections.

Bob Robinson attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Latin Education. Bob then went on to DeVry Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, Bob has also received several certifications from Salesforce Trailhead, including badges in areas such as Apex Basics & Database, Apex Testing, Apex Triggers, Lightning Connect, and Build a Conference Management App. Bob has also pursued certifications in ISV App Development, ISV App Strategy, ISV Basics, and Visualforce Basics.
