Mr. Bova brings more than 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing, organizational, and general management. Mr. Bova has extensive managerial experience in large corporations, as well as small and middle market companies, in Marketing, Sales, and General Management positions.
Mr. Bova began his career with the Fort James Corporation (Formerly James River Corp). While at James River, he held several senior marketing positions on different product lines. He was charged with leading the flagship brand, as well as the development of a new product line expansion thorough conception, development, and launch. Mr. Bova left Fort James to join Nestlé Waters North America. At Nestlé, he progressed through a diverse range of increasingly responsible positions and assignments in Marketing, completing his career at Nestlé as a General Manager, Interactive Business Development. This new department, established by Mr. Bova, managed the strategic development of the Internet, Intranet, and Extranet across 13 brands within the organization.
Mr. Bova has extensive managerial experience in large corporations, as well as small and middle market companies, in Marketing, Sales, and General Management positions. He earned his MBA in General Management from The University of Bridgeport, and a BS degree from Northeastern University.
Paul Bova is the Chief Executive Officer for Scion Analytics in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Bova brings more than 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing, organizational, and general management.
Since 2001, Mr. Bova ran his own consulting business working with a wide array of Private Equity owned portfolio companies, across various industries, to help build their management teams. His experience in identifying top performers and utilizing tools in behavioral analytics to help drive synergies across organizations has led to multiple successful exits. Prior to running his own business, Mr. Bova served as the Director of Consumer & Corporate Marketing for FitLinxx, Inc. His primary role was to position the brand and manage all aspects of Consumer and Interactive Marketing, as well as Public Relations for the company.
