Mohan Kulkarni

Mohan Kulkarni is an experienced operations manager with a career spanning over three decades in the cosmetics and fragrance industries. Currently serving as General Manager Operations at Scion International LLC (European Perfume Works) since June 2005, Mohan has previously held positions including Works Manager at Emicos International in Dubai, Contract Manufacturing Manager at Avon and Modi Revlon, and Factory Manager at Petals Cosmetics. Mohan began the professional journey as a Sr Production Officer at Lakme Limited from September 1989 to August 1993. Mohan holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Industrial Microbiology and postgraduate management qualifications from the University of Poona, India, completed between 1984 and 1989.
