Stephen Kemp is an experienced trade finance professional with a diverse background in banking and consulting. Currently serving as Director of Trade Finance at Scipion Capital since June 2013, Stephen has developed expertise in funding trade finance related to Africa. Previous roles include Independent Consultant at Trade Related Corporate Banking, Team Member at Barclays Bank, and Director of Structured Trade Finance at Europe Arab Bank, where Stephen was responsible for business development and risk assessment. Stephen also held leadership positions at RMB International, KBC Bank, Union Bank of Switzerland, and Chase Manhattan Investment Bank, specializing in corporate banking, trade finance, and structured lending across various global markets. Education was completed at Cray Valley Technical High School in Sidcup.
