Mike Yavorsky has a diverse work experience in various roles focusing on design, engineering, and data analysis. Mike is currently working as a Senior Front-End Engineer at SciShield since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Ridge Design Co. as a UX/UI Designer and Web Designer, where they designed voter education products, conducted print work, and worked on web and multimedia design projects. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Senior Solutions Engineer and Software Engineer at Sefas North America. In these roles, they worked on developing and implementing solutions. Mike also worked at Revolution Field Strategies as a UX Designer and Data Scientist, where they managed databases and deployed tech for campaigns. In addition, Mike worked at Billions Institute as a UX/UI Consultant, Don Berwick for Governor as a Web Designer and Data Scientist, Koutoujian for Congress as a Data Scientist, and Ed Markey for U.S. Senate as a Field Organizer. Mike also started their career as a Volunteer Organizer at OFA OH and worked as a Freelance Website Designer. Mike Yavorsky's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Case Western Reserve University. Mike obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science in 2013. During their time at Case Western Reserve University, Mike also studied Arabic at Harvard University from 2011 to 2012. In 2017, they pursued Intermediate Spanish at Antigüeña Spanish Academy. Most recently, in 2018, Mike received certification as a Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level from the International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board.
