William Fitzgerald

William Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience in product management and business analysis. William currently works at Scitara Corporation as the Lead Product Manager for the DLX core platform, where they lead the development and prioritization of the product roadmap and manages customer feedback tools. Prior to that, they worked at AINS, Inc. as the Director of Products, where they provided subject matter expertise, strategized product expansion, and built and managed product roadmaps. William also worked as a Product Manager, leading new product development and executing go-to-market strategies. William started their career as a Senior Business Analyst at AINS, Inc., where they assisted with product management activities and implemented more effective solutions. Before that, they worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Convergent Wealth Advisors, managing system updates and collaborating on CRM design. William started their career as an Audit/Information Systems Intern at the Federal Housing Finance Agency Office of Inspector General, where they participated in audits and review processes.

William Fitzgerald completed their Master's of Science degree in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University School of Business from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Salisbury University between 2013 and 2014. Additionally, in August 2020, they earned a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
