Lina L.

Lina L. has a strong background in international marketing and business development. Lina began their career at Iridex as an International Marketing Communications Specialist, where they successfully expanded the company's presence in international markets through trade show participation and distributor training. Lina then joined Lumenis as a Global Marketing Specialist, where they led marketing campaigns and maximized sales impact in Latin America by translating marketing materials. Lina's next role was at Restoration Robotics, where they started as the Senior International Marketing Manager and later became the Managing Director for Latin America. During their time at Restoration Robotics, they spearheaded marketing efforts for the worldwide launch of the ARTAS robotic hair transplant technology and trained teams globally. Currently, Lina is the Director of Marketing International at Sciton.

Lina L. has a diverse education history. Lina obtained a B.A. degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In recent years, they have pursued several executive certifications related to marketing and business at Cornell University. Lina completed an Integrated Marketing 360 Executive Certificate, a Data-Driven Marketing Executive Certification, a Digital Marketing Executive Certification, and a Marketing Strategy Executive Certification, all from Cornell University between 2018 and 2019.

Lina has also pursued additional certifications outside of their university education. In 2018, they obtained a certification on Pitching Yourself from Jodi Glickman, offered through LinkedIn. Furthermore, they have engaged in continuous learning, as seen by their enrollment in various certification programs. These include an Introduction to Consumer Neuroscience and Neuromarketing certification from Copenhagen Business School, expected to be completed in 2020, and a Leadership executive certificate from Jack Welch Management Institute, which they are expected to complete by 2021.

Looking ahead, Lina is planning to obtain an Art Therapy Certification from Primo Learn. Lina expects to complete this certification by the year 2023.
