Dan Penrose is a Principal at SCJ Alliance since June 2014. Prior to this, Dan served on the Board Of Directors at the Association of Defense Communities (ADC) from March 2014 to June 2015. Dan worked for the City of Lakewood, Washington from January 2001 to June 2014, initially as an Associate Planner and later as a Program Manager for the South Sound Military & Communities Partnership. Dan holds a Masters in Urban Planning from Eastern Washington University, earned between 1998 and 2000, and a BA in Politics from Occidental College, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
