Jean Carr

Jean Carr is the President and CEO of SCJ Alliance. Jean has over 20 years of experience in the planning industry. Jean has worked for the City of Lacey and Parametrix. Jean has a passion for planning and helping their community grow.

Jean Carr has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The Evergreen State College and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Science from Western Washington University.
