Jan Geerts

Jan Geerts is an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer specializing in Particle Accelerator Applications at SCK CEN since September 2022. With a diverse background in technology and engineering, Jan previously served as a SoC Design and Validation Engineer at Nokia from August 2014 to September 2022, and as an Electronics Assembler at SMS Timing from March 2013 to July 2014. Jan also worked as an ICT Helpdesk Employee at Groep T, providing tech support and IT assistance from October 2011 to June 2014. In addition to engineering expertise, Jan has been a DJ since October 2004, performing at various events ranging from weddings to large gatherings. Jan holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering - Intelligent Electronics and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering - Electronics-ICT, both from KU Leuven.
