Jirapong Sriwat

Jirapong Sriwat has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jirapong currently holds the position of Thailand Co-Managing Director/Co-Representative at SCL Nishimura & Asahi Limited. Previously, they served as a Partner and Counsel at Nishimura & Asahi, where they advised on international corporate finance, merger-and-acquisition transactions, and restructurings. Jirapong also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at Thammasat University and an Arbitrator at the Thai Arbitration Institute. Jirapong Sriwat has held positions as a Non Executive Director at J-WILL INTERNATIONAL (THAILAND) CO., LTD. and as a Senior Associate and Associate at Linklaters, specializing in international corporate finance and transactions. Jirapong started their career at Linklaters as a Trainee.

Jirapong Sriwat holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Corporate and Securities Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), which was completed in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from Thammasat University, graduating in 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jirapong Sriwat has also obtained additional certifications. These include a certification in Metanomics and Digital Trends from Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS) in 2022, and an Executive Program in Cutting-Edge Insights in China, also from Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS), in 2021.
