Lilia Cucchiaro - Executive

Lilia Cucchiaro has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lilia is currently the Head of Customer Care & Digital Transformation Business Remodelling Controlling Manager at SCM Group since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the WW HQ Services PMO Controller at Technogym from April 2021 to September 2023. Lilia also has experience in financial analysis and controlling roles, including being a PMO Controller BU Retail & Online at NOVOMATIC from March 2018 to April 2021 and a Business Financial Analyst at Boston Scientific from February 2011 to May 2012. Lilia started their career at Abaco srl as an Accounting professional and has also worked at Helm Srl and Consulting Evolution Trade Srl - CET as a Business Analyst and Consultant, respectively. Lilia Cucchiaro also co-founded Assocontroller in January 2010.

Lilia Cucchiaro holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a specialization in Executive MBA, from SDA Bocconi, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Economics at Università Bocconi from 2000 to 2005. Before entering university, they attended Istituto Tecnico Commerciale - Parco Nord, where they focused on PACLE - ERICA (Economics) from 1995 to 2000. In terms of additional professional development, Lilia completed a Master in Project Management at Sciaky Europe Business School between 2020 and 2021 and a program called Woman On Board at Manageritalia in 2022 and 2023. Lilia also took courses in Marketing and Internet at ASSA in 1998 and 1999.
