Luigi Caiffa has extensive experience in digital services and project management, currently serving as the Technical Digital Services Manager at SCM GROUP since July 2013. In this role, Luigi oversees a team of approximately 20 developers, coordinating requests for digital development across the organization and prioritizing initiatives. Previously, Luigi held the position of Technical Digital Services Team Leader, focusing on improving user experience through digital service development. As Project Manager for both UX and IoT, Luigi led efforts to enhance human-machine interfaces and integrate IoT technologies into SCM machinery. Luigi began the career as an R&D Project Manager within a highly qualified laboratory affiliated with MIUR and contributed to a cancer research project at IRST IRCCS di Meldola in collaboration with the University of Bologna. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Internet of Things from Bologna Business School and dual degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
