Jay Morrison

Jay Morrison currently serves as the Director of Recruiting & Executive Search at SCM Talent Group since May 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Eastman as Global Talent Acquisition Leader, NCR Corporation as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, and HD Supply in various managerial positions. Across these roles, Jay Morrison has successfully led teams, collaborated with senior leadership, executed talent acquisition strategies, and implemented process improvements, particularly in diversity and inclusion. A strong background in full desk recruitment is evident from earlier positions at FirstPRO and Grapevine, as well as positions with multiple staffing firms. Jay Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Northern Arizona University, completed in 2002.
