Elaina Longo, MBA, currently serves as a Performance & Quality Improvement Specialist at SCO Family of Services, where responsibilities include overhauling internal Case Record Review and Incident Management systems and optimizing workflows through the implementation of various tracking tools and databases. Previous roles at SCO include Care Manager, Task Intern Supervisor, and Behavioral Health Provider, providing comprehensive care coordination and therapeutic services to diverse populations. Prior to SCO, Elaina worked as a Parent Educator & Early Learning Specialist at ParentChild +, focusing on developing educational curriculums and facilitating bilingual parenting classes. Elaina holds an MBA from Mercy University, a Dual Certification in Life and Health Coaching from the Health Coach Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Hofstra University.
