Leigh Bradley

Leigh Bradley, SPHR, SCP, currently serves as the Employee Relations Manager at SCO Family of Services, a position held since September 2019. With a strong background in human resources, Leigh has effectively directed HR functions for large nonprofit organizations, including roles as HR Director at both CASA of Livingston County and The Community Place of Greater Rochester, Inc. Past experiences also include significant positions at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority and SCO Family of Services, where expertise in employee benefits, compliance oversight, and union collaboration was demonstrated. Leigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from LIU Post and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Labor and Policy at SUNY Empire State College.
