Monica Graziose

Monica Graziose, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Monica currently holds the role of Human Resources Director at SCO Family of Services, where they started in February 2023. Prior to their current position, they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the same organization from January 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist from September 2019 to March 2023.

Monica also has experience in care management, as they worked as a Care Manager at Care Design New York from July 2018 to September 2019. Additionally, they served as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at Citizen’s Options Unlimited for a brief period in June 2018.

During their early career, Monica worked as Support Staff at Independent Support Services, Inc. from April 2016 to June 2018 and as a Personal Assistant at All Metro Health Care from June 2014 to March 2016.

Monica Graziose, SHRM-CP, holds a Graduate Degree- MA in Psychology concentration in HRM from Adelphi University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from Adelphi University (2014-2018). Prior to their university education, they attended Locust Valley High School (2010-2014). In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in March 2021.
