Lior Shraga has over 15 years of experience in various technical and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Analyst, Product Manager, and Service Engineer at Scodix since March 2008, Lior has developed a strong expertise in customer support and product management. Prior to this, Lior worked as a Field Service Engineer at HBA system integrators from March 2006 to March 2008, and also served as a Technician in the Israeli Defense Forces' intelligence corps (Squad 8124) from December 2003 to December 2006.
