Nicole Taylor has extensive work experience in various roles. Nicole worked at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) from 2015 to the present, initially as a Program Analyst and later as a Senior Program Analyst and Lead Program Analyst. In these roles, they managed customer service operations, improved help desk operations, and coordinated website content development for federal government programs. Nicole also represented the company at virtual conferences and trainings. Prior to their time at USAC, Nicole was a Peace Corps Volunteer in 2014, where they directed the establishment of a library and managed administrative tasks at a middle school.
