Andrew T. Owen

Andrew T. Owen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Lead Systems Analyst at L-3 Communications. Andrew T. then joined SEARCH, The National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics in 2006 and held various positions, including Systems Integration Engineer, Senior Data Architect, and Director of Data, Architecture, and Development. In 2017, they became the Executive Director of Engineering and Analytics at the Open Justice Broker Consortium. In 2020, they joined Scoir, Inc. as the Chief Data Officer, and later transitioned to the role of VP of Engineering and Analytics in 2021.

Andrew T. Owen attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Networking and Systems Administration. Additionally, in 2013, they attended the Scrum Alliance and earned a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification in Scrum Project Management.
