Lead Customer Success Manager at Scoir

Caroline Smiegal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Caroline is currently a member of the Women of Customer Success organization, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Scoir, Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Manager from December 2022 onwards and as a Client Success Manager from July 2021 to December 2022. Before that, they were employed at Dickinson College, where they served as an Assistant Director of New York Admissions for a brief period in June and July 2021, and as an Admissions Counselor from September 2018 to June 2021. Caroline also has experience as an Affordable Housing Advocate at Bike & Build for a short time in 2018. At Dickinson College, they held various positions such as Intern, Student Interviewer, Admissions Tour Guide & Student Worker, and First-Year Mentor from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Caroline volunteered as a Volunteer Advocate at YWCA Carlisle from July 2017 to May 2018 and served as the Secretary for the Delta Nu Sorority from January 2015 to December 2017. Caroline also gained experience as an Intern for the Museum Careers High School Partnership Program at Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute from September 2013 to May 2014, where they played a key role in creating a museum exhibition.

Caroline Smiegal obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Dickinson College, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In 2015, they participated in a program at the Universidad de Málaga, focusing on Spanish Language and Culture. Additionally, in 2016, they took part in a study abroad program at DIS, focusing on European History.
