N. Elizabeth McGonigle

N. Elizabeth McGonigle has a diverse and extensive work experience. N. Elizabeth is currently a member of Women of Customer Success since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Success, Colleges at Scoir, Inc. starting from June 2021.

From 2015 to 2021, Elizabeth worked at Bates College, where they held various roles in the Bates Office of Admission. N. Elizabeth served as the Senior Associate Dean of Admission & Director of Communications from June 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they were the Associate Dean of Admission from July 2016 to June 2019. N. Elizabeth also served as the Senior Assistant Dean of Admission from August 2015 to July 2016, where they were responsible for event management, marketing support, and territory management.

Prior to Bates College, Elizabeth worked at the University of Pennsylvania starting from 2011. N. Elizabeth served as the Assistant Director for the Penn Alumni Interview Program from July 2012 to August 2015, where they oversaw alumni volunteer recruitment and managed communications campaigns. N. Elizabeth also worked as a Building Manager and Administrative Assistant from September 2011 to September 2012.

Elizabeth also has experience working at The Wharton School as an Auxiliary Reader from September 2013 to April 2015. N. Elizabeth worked as an Experience Coordinator at LivingSocial from September 2012 to August 2013.

Additionally, Elizabeth has prior experience as a Client Services Intern at DMW Direct from June 2011 to September 2011, a Sales Associate at Rodeo Jackson Hole from December 2010 to April 2011, a Bartender and Server at Cutty's from April 2010 to April 2011, and a Server at Maho Catering from June 2009 to April 2011.
