Darryl May

Darryl May has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Darryl is currently the VP and Principal Broker at Scoop Insurance Brokers since January 2021. Previously, they held the position of Vice President & Principal at KTX Insurance Brokers starting from February 2015, and prior to that, they worked as a Principal at the same company from June 2006 to January 2021. Darryl began their career at KTX Insurance Brokers Ltd. in 2006 as a Service Manager/Deputy Principal Broker until February 2015. Before joining KTX, Darryl worked as a Client Analyst at TD Meloche Monnex from January 2003 to May 2006.

Darryl May received a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Philosophy from Queen's University in 2002. In 2014, they obtained a CIP certification from the Insurance Institute. From 2017 to 2020, Darryl pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
