Natalie Pan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Natalie is currently serving as the CEO and founder of Scoop Love, a dating app focused on shaping the next generation of online dating. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Events Coordinator and Volunteer Board Member at Girls in Tech - San Francisco, where they coordinated their biggest annual event, Girls in Tech Hacking for Humanity.

In terms of their technical expertise, Natalie has worked as an Engineering Manager at Pura, where they managed three teams and increased overall team morale while contributing to reaching annual revenue goals. Natalie also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Pura and implemented multiple project code bases, managed a team of remote contractors, and developed customer-facing apps.

Natalie has experience in the software engineering field, having worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Creator, where they implemented multiple project code bases, managed a team of remote contractors, and took over ongoing feature development.

Additionally, Natalie has volunteered and held various roles in organizations such as Leading Women in Technology and Luxury Retreats. In their role as a Software Engineer at Gliffy, they led the implementation of a redesign and created a dashboard using react and webpack.

Earlier in their career, Natalie worked as a Front End Engineer at Gap Inc., where they worked on developing the company's new point of sale system and led the implementation of their first Design System. Natalie also worked as a Web Developer at Luxury Retreats, where they multitasked between multiple projects and programmed pages to support pixel-perfect designs.

At Mobila Canada Inc, Natalie worked as a User Experience Designer, leading a company-wide initiative to address talent shortage and reducing overall company costs by managing projects and communications with freelancers. Natalie also worked as a Designer at Mena Mena, where they acquired skills in Adobe Suite software, HTML, and CSS for graphic and web design.

Natalie Pan completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Finance from McGill University between the years 2005 and 2008. Subsequently, they pursued their Bachelor of Computer Science (BCs) degree with a major in Computer Science & Computation Arts Application and a minor in Marketing at Concordia University from 2008 to 2011.
