Maja Czerwińska

Maja Czerwińska has a diverse work experience in various roles related to legal, investor relations, and compliance. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Legal at Scope Fluidics since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Head of IR at Scope Fluidics from June 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Scope Fluidics, Maja worked as a MAR Communication Advisor at IRCompliance since January 2019. Maja also served as the Director of Investor Relations Department at a WSE-listed company from August 2015 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Disclosure Requirements Department at an advisory company from July 2012 to July 2015. Maja's earlier experience includes working as a Specialist at the Trading Surveillance Department in the Polish Financial Supervision Authority from August 2008 to June 2012, where they were responsible for supervising companies' compliance with disclosure requirements and participating in relevant projects and legislative procedures.

Maja Czerwińska has a Master's degree in Management with a specialty in finance and accounting from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008. Maja also has a Magister degree in Law from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie, completed from 2012 to 2017. In addition, they completed postgraduate studies in Capital Markets Law at the University of Warsaw from 2012 to 2014. Maja Czerwińska also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge, obtained in August 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Attorney at The Warsaw Bar Association, starting in 2021.
