Rezwan Malik

Rezwan Malik, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Compliance at Scope Group since November 2025. Prior to this role, Rezwan held the position of Director of EMEA Compliance at Fitch Ratings from October 2018 to October 2025. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at the Financial Conduct Authority from 2009 to 2018, where significant contributions were made in various capacities, including leading initiatives related to Brexit, the Temporary Permissions Regime, and multiple aspects of retail banking supervision. Rezwan’s background also encompasses roles at the National Skills Academy for Financial Services, GP Strategies Corporation, TCC Group, and as an independent consultant. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Regulation from Henley Business School and an MBA in Strategy from the University of Bradford.
