Michael Cornelssen

Michael Cornelssen currently serves as the VP of Engineering at Scope Technology & Mfg. since April 2023, prior to which held positions including Director of Engineering at the same company. Michael has a diverse background in engineering management, having worked as an Engineering Manager at Scout Surface Solutions LLC and as a Sales Engineer at Elite Energy. Michael's experience also includes serving as VP Operations at NEECO Industries, overseeing API 6A and 16C wellhead products, and as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Forum Energy Technologies, where responsibilities included quality assurance for valve solutions. Earlier roles encompassed product engineering and operations management at Stream Flo Industries, where Michael contributed to the development of wellhead and gate valve technology for the oil and gas sector. Michael holds an education from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
