Diego Hengles possesses a diverse professional background with experience in engineering, project design, and customer management. Currently serving as Partnerships & Financial Manager at Scope Technology since September 2022, Diego has previously held roles including Manager of Customer Experience and Key Account Manager, focusing on client onboarding, advanced support, and sales reporting. Prior experience includes positions at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional as an Estagiário and Gestor de Contas - Pleno, along with a foundational role at MWM Motores Diesel as a Menor Aprendiz, where technical skills were developed. Diego completed an Executive MBA in Business Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas and holds degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, along with qualifications in English and electrical maintenance. Additional international experience includes a year as an Exchange Student in Australia, enhancing cultural and professional adaptability.
