Somya Venkat is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting business, specializing in organizational development. With over 10 years of experience, Somya has a robust background in strategy development, project management, target operating models, organization design, and change management. They have also served as the Organisation Development Lead at the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action, and as the Global Director of People and Culture Strategy for the International Rescue Committee. Currently, Somya is the Head of People Engagement at Scope (Aust) while pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Science in International Business at the University of Melbourne.
