Daria Trekova

Daria Trekova is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global recruitment and team management. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Scopely since November 2021, Daria leads a multicultural talent acquisition team, focusing on strategic recruitment planning and enhancing global processes. Prior to Scopely, Daria held senior roles at Kefir, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment of IT and digital marketing professionals and managing onboarding processes. Daria's expertise also includes managing recruitment teams and improving employer branding at Teleperformance Russia Group and SherlockTalent. Daria holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Volgograd State University.
