Rohit Naini

Rohit Naini is a seasoned corporate development and strategy professional with extensive experience in driving inorganic growth through M&A, investments, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Scopely since December 2021, Rohit leads a team in identifying market opportunities and developing deal pipelines to enhance business and platform growth. Prior to Scopely, Rohit held senior management roles at Glu Mobile, where expertise in financial modeling and commercial deal negotiation was honed, and at Tata Steel, where high performance in corporate strategy was recognized. Rohit’s career commenced in investment banking at UBS, specializing in M&A opportunities and financial analysis. Rohit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and a degree in Economics from Hans Raj College.
